That's never been under my purview. It's possible there are spells that could help.

Magicians are able to do that. But with a large area it would be useful if more were able to.

I assume that their method of casting is different to my own, being from a different world. But it would be interesting to see if we can still collaboratively cast.

Barring something life threatening and terminal. I can't cure cancer. I can cure injuries, internal or otherwise.

Your abilities are ones I've known in other people, other disciplines in magic if a little different.

I can apply basic healing spells but it's not my speciality.

How far do they get you?

Just minor injuries. There are magicians with a healing discipline that can do more.

Disciplines are a magical procifiency, every magician has one.

Physical magic.

( she has a discipline much more specific than that but a girl isn't about details. and really, when you master your discipline does it really end up mattering? )

Oh, no. It's a collection of skills that are more physical in nature, focusing on matter and energy. Telekinesis, for example.
