Magic is not categorized predominantly. Witches can perform any spell. There are witches who prefer one type to another. But, they are capable of any. And there are non-witches who have the power of telekinesis.
It depends. Some psychics are only psychic, others have the power of clairvoyance and telekinesis. There is not one rule, nor is there an exception. Normally, they have that one power.
It's simpler in mine but those are expected differences.
Though if there are other individuals here that had a power other than magic it wouldn be interesting to note if it was restricted to that or if they could cooperatively work on something else.
